This is a stunning Hattie Carnegie (I have some information about her below but if you have a second look her she is fabulous) necklace and bracelet set. This set is milk glass beads and rhinestones with gold tone hardware. It would make a lovely accent to a wedding dress on a bride's special day.
Hattie Carnegie FYI - Hattie Carnegie was a renowned American fashion designer in the 20s-30s-40s and 50s. She dressed and styled Hollywood but was dedicated to making fashion for all women because "all women should look and feel fabulous", which is why she not only designed clothing but hats and costume jewelry so she could dress a woman from head to toe! Now her beautifully designed costume jewelry is still so stylish and fashionable they are highly sought after.
